Delivered to wrong house, ruined surprise!
Ordered flowers for my Wife and delivered to wrong address. Courier provided picture of delivery, but not my house. Told to go back and sort and had knocked on my door speaking to my Wife about how he's delivered to wrong house and has totally ruined the surprise. I now have to go and knock on my neighbour's door and retrieve them myself, which again has ruined the point of having flowers delivered!
Flowers did not arrive for my Mum’s…
Flowers did not arrive for my Mum’s birthday. DPD delivered to the wrong house and she never received them. Response was cursory and just offered to process a refund. No offer to send a replacement or any goodwill gestures for the embarrassment and inconvenience. Won’t use them again.

*POOR* Still Chasing my refund.... 5 Weeks LATER
I ordered a bouquet of flowers in December for an AM delivery.
Their courier hadn't delivered them in time. So I cancelled and requested my refund, they agreed and confirmed this will be processed.
5 weeks later I am still chasing my refund. Th communication is non existent and the refund looks as if it will never happen.
Poor company, poor service and to be honest poor judgement from me. Best to stick to mainstream suppliers because these lot are very, very, VERY poor.

The worst florest ever
This the worst company I have ever dealt with these flowers were for my wife birthday thay won't closings down thay blank all my calls and emails the flowers were all dried up I have never brought such crap flowers thay won't closings down hope however reads this reviews don't touch with bargpoll the worst flowers I have ever brought how they got a licence too operate I will never no, rubbish rubbish rubbish

Disgusting company lie after lie after lie! Kept saying they didn’t get email with photos and they can’t access their Facebook messanger! No manager in the shop total bollacks! Flowers were dead Absloutley disgusting company!

Poor flowers for my 25th birthday
Went bad in less than 3 days and they wouldn’t be even sympathetic to it
First they offered a refund and then declined it because it was as too long for them to process
If they had responded properly in the first place would have saved us so much time and effort
Brandon was useless at the costumer service and pathetic in treating people
Do not recommend to anyone you will end up getting disappointed and hurt

Perfect service and flowers
I bought some flowers at Canary on Sunday and asked florist if she could do Japanese wrapping style as it's a gift for my friend and she is from Japan. Florist made a very nice bunch and wrapped exactly how it was in my mind. Thank you so much! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but I'll come back again to thank her.
Terrible and appalling customer service…
Terrible and appalling customer service from the Canary Wharf branch. Poor quality flowers that didn’t even last a day. The shop attendant was so rude! Left a google review on multiple occasions and they kept deleting my review this instead of addressing and fixing their internal business issues. I do not recommend going to this florist. You are better off buying from waitrose

I ordered some flowers and wanted to change colour from pink and purple to pink and blue as this was for a funeral and the ladies fav colour
Brandon made sure this happened then also to make sure these got there before the funeral car left Monday early Brandon got them delivered today thank you so much as this is top top service highly recommended ?????

Do not buy your flowers from this scam…
Do not buy your flowers from this scam company! You will spend a fortune just for your flowers to turn up dead, scattered around in the delivery box, and half the size the website shows (even smaller than the small bunches they show) I have tried to get in contact with them 3 times regarding my complaint, to no avail. Others have had the same issue I see. Don't use, go to Waitrose for a lot cheaper and nicer flowers!

The Worse flowers, EVEN worse Customer Service…
Flowers and Plants Co sent THE worse bouquet of flowers ever imaginal as a Xmas gift from USA, I complained, Freddie from customer services agreed with me re the very poor quality of the flowers, as an apologie Freddie promised to resend a upgraded bouquet on 21/01/22, an important date in our family calendar.all confirmed via e-mails.
This needless to say never happened,!!! so never mind the flowers been of poor quality the custom service from Freddie is of the same standard. My advice, don't use this florist and certainly don't take any notice of Freddies promises, they mean as much as the flowers were...DEAD.
Uncommunicative, unhelpful, unremarkable
I ordered an outdoor plant for a birthday gift for next day delivery. Despite emails confirming my gift was 'on board with a driver' it later transpired that it was not - too late for a new order to make delivery on the right day. This happened twice! Eventually I got a call (as requested) and a substitute plant was identified and delivered. The gift was late, delivery costs were not refunded nor the small gesture of recompense followed through with. Just expensive mediocrity. How disappointing. There is better.

After a small blip with my flowers I contact the company and can honestly say the customer service I received from Niki was fantastic. Niki replied to my email within 30 mins and had everything sort within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this company and they should receive a reward for the customer service Niki provide. She should be very proud

Last Sunday my wifes 75th birthday she…
Last Sunday my wifes 75th birthday she got a bouquet of flowers from my son, you could not fault the wapping or the jell balls on the flowers, but they arrived in a box far to big and upside down. The flowers were wilted, badly damaged, discoloured and went in the bin straight away. I sent a email to their web site and so far have received no reply or acknowledgement. I have photographs of my wife trying to save some. Not recommended

Ordered flowers for my wife, as it was the 1st anniversary of her father's passing. I got a text the day before to say they were going to be delivered. I called and got them to cancel, and send on the day I asked for, but they still arrived early. Also, they were not in a good state. If a florist cant deliver on the correct day, then why on earth would you use them? I alsohad issues with a previous order, where they sent me the wrong vase plant, and that's a long story. I wouldn't use this company again.
